I know I’m a little late to this party, but I’m not the only one.
When you’re blocked on Whatsapp and you’re not a user, there are two different ways to know what’s going on.
First, you can ask for a refund.
This will not work for every Whatsapp user, but you can check if your account is active by checking if it is active on Whatsapps main page.
If it is, then theres a possibility you may have been blocked and theres no way for you to restore your account.
Secondly, you could ask for your account to be blocked again.
This could be done on WhatsApp’s main page by clicking on the ‘report’ button in the top right corner of the page.
If the report is approved and your account was blocked, you’ll see a message stating your account has been blocked.
If you can’t get through to the team support line and have an account that is active, you will need to contact them and ask for their help in getting your account reinstated.
If all else fails, then you can report the issue to the Whatsapp support team by clicking the report button on the top left corner of Whatsapp.
This will prompt the team to contact you.
If the team is not able to assist you, you might be able to try contacting them via the ‘support’ link in the upper right corner.
Once the team has reviewed the issue and you’ve provided them with information, you should be able find them via their website and they’ll contact you via the email address you provided them.
This can take a while, so if you’re experiencing problems on Whatsaps main page, then check back often as they’ll probably be able help you.
If the issue is resolved within a week, then your account should be reinstated.
